Health & Safety Training and Consultancy Services
1. Definitions
In these Terms and Conditions:
- “C360 Group Ltd”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to the service provider.
- “Client”, “You”, or “Your” refers to the individual or organisation receiving our services.
- “Services” refers collectively to any training courses or health and safety consultancy provided by C360 Group Ltd.
- “Course” refers to any training programme delivered by C360 Group Ltd, including but not limited to First Aid, Trauma, Health & Safety, and related subjects.
2. Scope of Services
2.1 C360 Group Ltd provides:
- Accredited and non-accredited health & safety and first aid training.
- Bespoke and retained health & safety consultancy services, including documentation, audits, site visits, SSIP applications, and advisory support.
2.2 The scope of work for each booking will be confirmed in writing. Any amendments must be agreed upon in writing and may result in changes to the fees.
3. Bookings & Confirmations
3.1 All training and consultancy services must be booked via written agreement (email, booking form, proposal acceptance).
3.2 Bookings are only confirmed upon written acceptance from C360 Group Ltd.
3.3 By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Fees are outlined in advance and may be based on:
- Per delegate (for training courses)
- Daily/hourly/project rates (for consultancy)
- Fixed monthly or annual fees (for retainer agreements)
4.2 Payment Terms:
- All invoices are payable within 14 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may incur a 5% monthly interest charge.
- We reserve the right to suspend services or withhold certification in the case of overdue payments.
4.3 Payment methods accepted: BACS, card payment, or approved purchase orders.
5. Cancellations and Postponements
Training Courses:
5.1 If the Client cancels:
- 21+ days before: Full refund or free transfer
- 14–20 days: 50% refund or transfer
- Less than 14 days: No refund. Transfer offered at our discretion.
- Non-attendance: Full charge applies
5.2 If C360 Group Ltd cancels, we will offer:
- A full refund or
- A transfer to the next available course
Consultancy Services:
5.3 For scheduled site visits or consultancy days:
- 5+ working days’ notice: No charge
- 3–5 working days’ notice: 50% of fee payable
- Less than 3 working days’ notice: Full fee payable
5.4 Retainer agreements may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. No refunds are issued for unused days within the cancellation period.
6. Client Responsibilities
6.1 The Client agrees to:
- Provide access to personnel, documentation, and premises as required
- Disclose all relevant information truthfully and in a timely manner
- Ensure delegates are physically fit and mentally capable to participate in training
- Ensure that advice, recommendations, and documentation provided by C360 Group Ltd are implemented appropriately
- Maintain ultimate responsibility for legal compliance with HSE and applicable regulations
6.2 Delegates or site staff found under the influence of drugs/alcohol, or who act in a disruptive or unsafe manner, may be removed from training or advised services without refund.
7. Certification and Course Completion
7.1 Certificates are issued upon successful completion of training and full attendance.
7.2 Replacement certificates incur a £10 admin fee.
7.3 Delegates who fail to meet course requirements will not be certified but may be offered re-attendance options.
8. Reports, Documentation & Intellectual Property
8.1 All documentation, training materials, and reports remain the intellectual property of C360 Group Ltd unless explicitly transferred.
8.2 Clients may use documents for internal business use only and must not reproduce, sell, or share with third parties without written consent.
8.3 Templates provided as part of consultancy work may be reused by the Client but must retain original copyright notices where applicable.
9. Confidentiality & Data Protection
9.1 All client information is handled confidentially and in line with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
9.2 Personal data will only be used for training records, compliance, invoicing, and reporting to awarding bodies where necessary.
9.3 We will not share or sell personal information to third parties outside of these purposes.
10. Liability & Insurance
10.1 C360 Group Ltd maintains Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
10.2 Our liability is limited to the total value of fees paid for the relevant service.
10.3 We are not liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential loss
- Delays caused by third parties or site/client inaction
- Enforcement action or incidents following failure to implement advice provided
11. Accreditation Support (e.g., CHAS, SMAS, Constructionline)
11.1 We will support SSIP or third-party accreditations based on the documentation provided by the Client.
11.2 We cannot guarantee successful approval if documentation is incomplete, inaccurate, or if criteria are not met by the Client.
12. Force Majeure
12.1 C360 Group Ltd shall not be held liable for delays or failure to deliver services due to events outside of our reasonable control, including:
- Illness or injury
- Adverse weather
- Equipment failure
- Strike action or transport disruption
- National emergencies or government restrictions
13. Complaints & Disputes
13.1 Any complaints should be submitted in writing within 7 days of service delivery.
13.2 We are committed to resolving complaints fairly and in accordance with our internal Quality Assurance & Complaints Procedure.
13.3 These Terms are governed by English law, and all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
