Founded by Mark Tucker, a former Royal Marine Commando FA1 (Combat Medic), Maritime Security, Close Protection Operative and Private Military Contractor (PMC), and active Community First Responder with the South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SWAST), C360 Group delivers high-impact, scenario-driven medical training and professional event medical cover across Cornwall and the South West.
Mark’s frontline career spans combat medicine, hostile environment operations, and pre-hospital emergency care. His military background includes service as a Royal Marine Commando, followed by operational roles as a Maritime Security, Close Protection and Private Military Contractor in Iraq, providing convoy protection and personal security detail (PSD) for diplomats, engineers, and military personnel in high-threat regions such as Basra, Baghdad, and Mosul.
He holds an exceptional range of qualifications such as FA1, PHTLS, FREC4, FROS3, ILS, along with NEBOSH, a Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Practice, and a Level 3 SHE Technician Award. Mark is a CPD-accredited trainer and certified instructor with ProTrainings, and FutureQuals.
As an active Community First Responder with SWAST, Mark brings real-time emergency experience directly into every course, scenario, and deployment. His dedication to public service has been formally recognised with the SWAST Chief Executive’s Commendation Award.
