Meet the Founder Mark Tucker CertIOSH / MIIRSM

Mark Tucker is the driving force behind C360 Group — a former Royal Marine Commando, combat medic, and health and safety specialist with over 30 years of frontline, operational, and instructional experience.

With over 30 years of frontline and operational experience, Mark brings a rare combination of military discipline, medical expertise, and instructional leadership to every course and deployment. His mission is simple: deliver training and support that doesn’t just meet standards — but exceeds expectations when it matters most.

He holds an impressive suite of qualifications, including FA1, FREC4, PHTLS, FROS3, and ILS. He is NEBOSH-qualified, holds a Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Practice, and a Level 3 SHE Technician award. Mark is also a CPD-accredited trainer and a certified instructor through ProTrainings, Qualsafe, and FutureQuals. In addition, he actively serves as a Community First Responder with South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SWAST), bringing real-time emergency experience to everything he does.

Whether he’s delivering trauma care training, advising on-site safety, or leading a medical team at a major event, Mark combines military discipline, medical expertise, and instructional clarity to ensure the highest standards are met — and exceeded.

He is backed by a highly skilled team of elite operatives with backgrounds in the military, emergency services, coastguard, and search and rescue. Every course and deployment delivered by C360 Group is grounded in operational realism, hands-on experience, and a no-compromise approach to excellence.
