Founded by Mark Tucker, a former Royal Marine Commando FA1 (Combat Medic), Private Military Contractor (PMC), and active Community First Responder with South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SWAST), C360 delivers high-impact, scenario-based medical training and professional event cover across Cornwall and the South West.

 

Mark’s frontline experience spans combat medicine and hostile environment operations, including his service as a Royal Marine and later as a Private Military Contractor in Iraq, where he conducted convoy protection and personal security detail (PSD) for diplomats, engineers, and military personnel in high-threat regions such as Basra, Baghdad, and Mosul.

He holds an impressive suite of qualifications, including FA1, FREC4, PHTLS, FROS3, and ILS. He is NEBOSH-qualified, holds a Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Practice, and a Level 3 SHE Technician Award. Mark is also a CPD-accredited trainer and a certified instructor through ProTrainings, Qualsafe, and FutureQuals.

In addition, he actively serves as a Community First Responder with SWAST, bringing real-time emergency experience to every course and deployment.

Recognised with the SWAST Chief Executive’s Commendation Award, Mark combines military discipline, medical expertise, and instructional clarity to ensure the highest standards of professionalism are met — and exceeded — across every aspect of C360 Group’s operations.

He is supported by a highly skilled team of elite operatives with backgrounds in the military, emergency services, Coastguard, and search & rescue.
