C360 Group Ltd provides professional first aid training, event medical cover and health and safety services, drawing on more than three decades of experience gained by its founder, Mark Tucker, across military service, international protective security, emergency response and occupational safety.

Mark began his career as a Royal Marines Commando, where he also trained and served as a Royal Marines FA1 Medic. This established the principles that continue to shape his professional approach: thorough preparation, discipline, teamwork and the ability to perform under pressure.

Following his military service, Mark moved into international protective security and close protection, working in demanding environments around the world, including hostile environment operations in Iraq. These roles strengthened his practical understanding of risk, situational awareness and effective decision making in rapidly changing circumstances.

His commitment to emergency care has continued throughout his career. As an active Community First Responder with the South Western Ambulance Service, Mark responds to medical emergencies and supports patients within his local community. His medical and pre-hospital qualifications include Emergency Care Assistant (ECA), FREC 4, FPOS 3 and Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS), building on the foundations of his military medical training.

In recognition of his actions during a significant multi-casualty incident, Mark received the South Western Ambulance Service Chief Executive’s Commendation an acknowledgement of his contribution to emergency response and patient care.

Alongside his operational and medical experience, Mark has developed an established career in occupational health and safety, particularly within the construction industry. His qualifications include the Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Practice, the NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety, and the Level 3 Safety, Health and Environment Technician qualification. He is also a Qualsafe IQA, supporting the quality assurance and consistent delivery of regulated training and assessment.
