MARK TUCKER

Founder & Director | C360 Group Ltd

C360 Group Ltd was founded by Mark Tucker, whose professional and operational background spans more than three decades across the military, international protective security, emergency response, pre-hospital care, occupational Health & Safety and professional training.

Mark began his career serving as a Royal Marines Commando, where he also trained and served as a Royal Marines FA1 Medic. It was during this period that preparation, discipline, teamwork and the ability to operate effectively under pressure became fundamental to his professional approach.

Following military service, Mark worked internationally within the protective security and close protection sector, operating in a variety of environments around the world, including hostile-environment operations in Iraq. This experience further developed his understanding of risk assessment, situational awareness, preparedness and effective decision-making in challenging and rapidly changing situations.

Mark’s medical experience has continued to develop throughout his career. Today, as an active South Western Ambulance Service Trust (SWAST) Community First Responder, he has frontline experience responding to medical emergencies and providing care within his local community.

His medical and pre-hospital qualifications include Emergency Care Assistant (ECA), FREC 4, FPOS Level 3 and Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS), building upon the medical training and operational experience that began during his service with the Royal Marines.

In recognition of his contribution to emergency response, Mark received the South Western Ambulance Service Chief Executive’s Commendation, recognising his actions and contribution during a significant multi-casualty incident.

Alongside his emergency-response experience, Mark has established a professional career within occupational Health & Safety, particularly within the construction industry. His qualifications include the Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety Practice, NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety, and Level 3 Safety, Health and Environment Technician qualification.

This combination of military medical experience, international operations, frontline emergency response, pre-hospital care and occupational Health & Safety became the foundation for C360 Group Ltd.

Today, C360 Group provides First Aid Training, Event Medical Cover and Health & Safety Services.
