Kacey Camron is a valued member of the C360 Group Ltd team, working across both our First Aid Training and Event Medical Cover services.

Kacey has developed a strong foundation in pre-hospital emergency care, holding FREC 3 (First Response Emergency Care Level 3), FROS 3 and Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) qualifications.

For the past two years, Kacey has also served as an active South Western Ambulance Service Trust (SWAST) Community First Responder, responding to medical emergencies within her local community and providing initial care and support until further ambulance resources arrive.

This frontline experience has provided Kacey with valuable exposure to genuine medical emergencies and the realities of assessing patients, making decisions and delivering care outside the controlled environment of a classroom.

Alongside her role as a Community First Responder, Kacey works as part of the C360 Event Medical Team, providing medical support at events and working alongside other members of the team to help protect the health, safety and welfare of those attending.

Building upon her medical qualifications and operational experience, Kacey has now progressed into the role of First Aid Trainer with C360 Group Ltd, delivering our range of Qualsafe regulated First Aid qualifications.

Her combination of Community First Responder experience, event medical work and pre-hospital training allows Kacey to bring genuine practical context into the classroom. Her aim is not simply to teach learners how to pass an assessment, but to help them develop the confidence and practical ability to recognise an emergency, make effective decisions and take appropriate action when somebody genuinely needs their help.

Kacey shares C360 Group’s belief that effective First Aid training should provide far more than a certificate. Training should develop the skills, confidence and capability to act when it matters most.

As Kacey continues to develop professionally within pre-hospital care and education, she brings a growing combination of recognised qualifications, frontline community response experience, event medical experience and practical knowledge to the C360 Group team.
