Craig Williams is an experienced member of the C360 Group Ltd team, working across both our First Aid Training and Event Medical Cover services.

With more than 15 years of experience in emergency response and pre-hospital care, Craig brings considerable operational knowledge to C360 Group, developed through his work within Mountain Rescue, HM Coastguard and community emergency response.

Craig holds FREC 4 (First Response Emergency Care Level 4), FPOS Level 3 and Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) qualifications, providing him with a strong clinical and practical foundation for managing medical and trauma emergencies.

His operational background includes experience within Mountain Rescue, responding to casualties in remote and challenging environments where teamwork, communication, casualty management and effective decision-making are essential.

Craig continues to serve operationally with HM Coastguard as a Coastguard Rescue Team Leader, where he is responsible for helping coordinate and manage emergency incidents, working alongside other emergency services and leading personnel in demanding and rapidly changing situations.

Alongside his Coastguard responsibilities, Craig is also an active South Western Ambulance Service Trust (SWAST) Community First Responder, responding to medical emergencies within his local community and providing initial emergency care while supporting frontline ambulance resources.

This means Craig remains actively involved in emergency response, continually applying and developing the same skills and knowledge that he brings into the C360 training environment.

Craig works as part of the C360 Event Medical Team and has also progressed into the role of First Aid Trainer, delivering our range of Qualsafe regulated First Aid qualifications.

His extensive operational background enables him to bring genuine real-world experience into the classroom. Rather than teaching First Aid purely from a syllabus, Craig can draw upon more than 15 years of responding to real incidents, managing casualties and operating alongside emergency services.

Craig shares C360 Group’s belief that effective First Aid training should provide far more than a certificate. Learners should leave with the skills, confidence and capability to recognise an emergency, make effective decisions and act when it matters most.

His combination of recognised pre-hospital qualifications, operational leadership, frontline emergency response and extensive practical experience makes Craig an important part of the C360 Group training and event medical team.
